Nowaday, in some cultures childdren are encoraged to believe that they can achieve anything if they work hard enough.while this messges can motivated children to work harder but sometimes childern over conffidece also create unrealsit exprenice and failure. I will dicucss both the advantages and disadvanges in upcomming paragraphs.

One major advantages of the giving children this messges that it can builds self conffidence. children believe in themselves and their ability to work hard.when children believe that they can achive their goals through efforts. they can also encourages hard work for motivated to study, practise and achive aim. children are more like to face challegies in life they are not give up. Therefore, this messge can help children devlpo detrmination and a postive attiuded and strong work habbits.

On the other hand, there has sevreal disadvanges, children that they can achiving anything if they try hard work alone but cannot gurantee success becuse telent opprtunities also matter and they are feel unrealstic result and failure. Therefore, children may feel frustrated or like failures when they try to work hard but unforunitly so do not achive their goals. childern have one pressuer for his family to sucess in life but sucess can also depend on fincaical situation, family support, cometion and oppurtuines.

In conclusin, telling children that they can achive anything trough hard work can increase their confidence, motivation. However it may also lead to unrealsitc exprence and disappoinment. therefore children shoud be ecouurged to eor hard while understinng that sucess depends on various factor.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both the advantages and disadvantages of telling children they can achieve anything through hard work, presenting a clear position throughout. The main ideas are relevant and explored, such as building confidence and motivation as advantages, and creating unrealistic expectations and frustration as disadvantages. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive, which prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. For instance, the discussion on disadvantages mentions talent and opportunities, but these points remain underdeveloped. The introduction and conclusion adequately frame the prompt, but overall, the task response aligns best with a Band 5.5 to 6.0 description, earning a Band 6.0 for addressing all parts with relevant, albeit slightly basic, ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into four standard paragraphs (introduction, two body paragraphs, and conclusion), showing an overall coherent arrangement and a clear logical structure. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate ideas. However, the use of cohesive devices is frequently mechanical, faulty, or missing, leading to choppy sentences and occasional run-on structures (e.g., 'while this messges can motivated children to work harder but sometimes childern over conffidece...'). Referencing and transitions between sentences are sometimes unclear or repetitive. Despite these mechanical flaws, the progression of ideas is generally followed by the reader without extreme difficulty, which places this performance firmly at Band 5.0.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is adequate for communicating basic ideas related to the prompt, attempting terms like 'determination', 'motivation', and 'opportunities'. However, there is a very high frequency of spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, such as 'Nowaday', 'childdren', 'encoraged', 'conffidece', 'unrealsit', 'exprenice', 'dicucss', 'upcomming', 'cometion', and 'unforunitly'. These errors are pervasive and occasionally strain the reader, although they rarely completely impede overall communication. The range of vocabulary remains somewhat limited and repetitive ('achive', 'messge', 'hard work'). This profile matches the Band 5 descriptors, where noticeable spelling and word-form errors consistently recur.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some capability to link clauses with conjunctions and relative structures (e.g., 'children that they can achiving anything if they try hard work alone...'). However, grammatical accuracy is very weak, with frequent errors in verb forms, tense consistency, prepositions, and sentence fragments (e.g., 'One major advantages of the giving children this messges that it can builds...'). Punctuation is also frequently mishandled, with missing capitals at the start of sentences and misused commas and periods. Because errors are frequent and often cause difficulty for the reader, particularly in complex structures, the appropriate band score for this criterion is 5.0.
