Student answer (Band 5.5)
As in many countries around the world is moving in the country side so first I'll tell you the reason that why are people moving to country side so the point is less education, less healthcare. People in rural area suffered the most in the village area because they didn't get their quality education, healthcare, good resource, and don't have the good source of income so the people who are educated so they moved to the cities for good education and have better future and to secure future also.
So according to me it's a positive development for the country that if people are educated and have jobs in their hand so unemployment of the country will decrease or may be after some time it will come to an end. Ofcourse the population of the rural area is decreasing but it is in the positive side. Now I would like to share an incident that occur in my life so in my village there is one family they were farmers. They have a very beautiful and short family. They lived very happy in the village. Farmer's daughter was very intelligent. She always top in her school then after 12th she want admission in good college so in village there is no college nearby her house then her father has decided to send her city but her father has not have enough money so they took loan from the bank then send her city then she took admission in college and start going she is struggling here for jobs and all. After some years she become a successful and independent women. She is the only one who has gain this much knowledge and income. She has become an inspiration for all of them in her village.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the movement of people from rural to urban areas and taking a position that it is a positive development. However, the development of ideas is limited. The reasoning regarding education and healthcare is somewhat repetitive, and the personal anecdote, while relevant, lacks a clear connection to the broader socio-economic implications of the trend. The essay would benefit from more formal analysis of the consequences for both rural and urban environments to reach a higher band. The position is clear, but the supporting arguments are underdeveloped.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is divided into two paragraphs, but the internal structure is weak. There is a lack of clear cohesive devices to link sentences and ideas, making the flow feel somewhat disjointed. For example, the transition between the general argument and the personal anecdote is abrupt. The use of referencing is occasionally unclear, and the progression of ideas is not always logical. To improve, you should use a wider range of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') and ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, relying on basic terms like 'good', 'better', and 'people'. There are instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'jobs in their hand' and 'short family'. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the range is not sufficient to demonstrate flexibility or precision. To achieve a higher score, you should aim to use more academic collocations and precise terminology related to urbanization and socio-economic development, avoiding informal or conversational language.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('people... is moving'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or lack proper punctuation, which occasionally impedes readability. There is a limited range of complex structures, and the attempts made often contain errors (e.g., 'so the people who are educated so they moved'). You need to focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like verb tense consistency and pluralization.
