Student answer (Band 6.0)
Some people believe that rural people are moving to the cities there is a positive development. Some people argues that the population in the countryside is reduce. In my opinion it is the positive development.
In many countries there are some people moving to the cities because there have no educational institution, no medical facilities are available in the rural area, they face a lot of problems. They move to the urban area for taking our facilities. In rural area there are no things required for the people. They were living very poor people. For Instance the urban city is more developed rather than rural area. In rural area there are no huge hospitals and universities. In rural area in which medical camp is placed. and some people take check-up for there. Some students are moving to city due to their better educational institute and gained knowledge from the universities and also learned technical skills to improve our knowledge.
On the other hand, some individuals believe, the population of the countryside is fall. But in the other side the population is more increase. Some pupils move to the city for better lifestyle and the most important thing is job. Some students complete their degree and learn more other skills and after that they will do their jobs in the market and support their family. In day by day the population will be rise as compared to the drop. The world is spread day by day.
In conclusion, rural individuals are moving to the urban area due to there better educational purpose. And taking our medical facilities.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position that rural-to-urban migration is a positive development. However, the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. While you mention the lack of medical and educational facilities in rural areas, the points are not fully extended or supported with specific, logical examples. The argument remains somewhat superficial, and the conclusion is brief, failing to synthesize the main points effectively. To improve, focus on providing more detailed explanations for your arguments and ensuring that each paragraph develops a distinct, well-supported idea rather than repeating similar points about schools and hospitals.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical flow is often disrupted by repetitive phrasing and a lack of clear cohesive devices. Transitions between ideas are frequently missing or mechanical, such as the repetitive use of 'In rural area' and 'Some people'. The referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of your argument. To reach a higher band, use a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') and ensure that each sentence logically follows the previous one to create a smoother, more coherent narrative.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but remains basic and repetitive. You rely heavily on simple terms like 'people', 'moving', and 'good/better'. There are noticeable errors in word choice, such as 'the population is more increase' and 'the world is spread day by day', which occasionally impede clarity. To improve, try to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary related to urbanization and socio-economic development. Avoid repeating the same words in close proximity and focus on using collocations correctly to express your ideas with more sophistication and precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'Some people argues', 'population... is fall'), article usage, and sentence construction (e.g., 'because there have no educational institution'). These errors are persistent and sometimes make the meaning difficult to grasp. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence patterns and proofreading for common grammatical slips. Increasing your control over complex structures, such as relative clauses or conditional sentences, will also help improve your score in this criterion.
