IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In many countries around the world, rural people are moving to cities, so the population in the countryside is decreasing.
Do you think this is a positive or a negative development?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 4.5)
It is often argued whether every kind of information should be share among communities or may be there is a need of censorship. While some individuals think that it is valuable, I believe that there is a need of limitations. This essay will discuss both views before presenting my opinion that why people should not show every piece of information among publics.
One the one hand, many individuals consider sharing vast information as a source of benefit. They present every aspects of information because they think that every right person will know about the real information such as knowing business ideas, diseases(in medical term), and educational world. As a result, people can take that information to their personal advantage. For instance, if someone knows about the symptoms of a disease, because information is freely shared, then they would be aware of those symptoms, by this I mean that they can tell to the others if they find it in them and they would start curing.
On the other hand, I believe that every information should not be shared freely as it is not always crucial for general people. General public is limited to their knowledge. When they know about more informations then they can cause problems. For example, if a person learns about detail of soldiers then they will tell to public which will ultimately cause issues to the soldiers. Thus, for every informations there is a need of some standard rules and the sharing should be limited.
In conclusion, some advocates follow this rule that they should information about everything they know which can be helpful for other people. However, I contend that there is no need to do that always due To this reason that it can be problematic. Additionally, it is better to share information under the standard rules and regulations.

There is an attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion'. However, the logical flow is hampered by the fact that the content does not relate to the prompt. The progression of ideas is mechanical, and the referencing is sometimes unclear, but the structure itself follows the standard essay format.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive. There are several errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'share among communities' instead of 'shared', 'every aspects' instead of 'every aspect', and the incorrect use of 'informations' (which is an uncountable noun). The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas effectively, and the errors occasionally make the text difficult to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include 'It is often argued whether every kind of information should be share' (passive voice error), 'there is a need of limitations' (preposition error), and 'they will tell to public' (article and verb usage errors).
