Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0
You state a clear overall view in the opening: “i truly believe it negative effect more then positive,” and you begin to give a relevant reason by linking migration with congestion and competition for jobs. However, the response addresses the question only minimally: it does not explain these effects in detail, provide a specific example, or develop the positive side before reaching a balanced judgement. The final sentence is also unfinished, so the argument has no conclusion. The response is 86 words, below the required 250, which leaves too little space to develop your position and support it. To improve, explain how rural depopulation and urban pressure affect people, then add a relevant example and a concluding statement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is a basic attempt to organise the response: you give your opinion first and introduce a reason with “First of all.” The ideas about opportunities, congestion and job competition are relevant and can form a logical sequence. However, the response stops mid-sentence at “furthermore,” so the progression is incomplete and the reader cannot see how the points connect to a final judgement. Several linking words—“however,” “moreover” and “furthermore”—are crowded together rather than showing clear relationships between fully expressed ideas. Use separate sentences and paragraphs to distinguish your position, supporting reasons and conclusion. Make each connector introduce a complete, clearly related point.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “opportunities,” “congestion” and “competition,” which helps communicate the general direction of your argument. There is also an effort to express cause and effect. However, the range is limited in this short response, and several word choices or forms are inaccurate or unclear, such as “population falling down,” “excesive of anything,” and “jobs our limitted.” Spelling and capitalization errors, including “challanges” and “delhi,” also reduce accuracy and polish. Build a more precise set of terms for migration and its effects, and check spelling and collocations. For example, “population falling down” could be “the rural population is declining,” while “jobs are unlimited” should express that job opportunities are limited.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt a complex opening sentence and use a subordinate clause in “First of all, it is worth considering that leaving home for more opportunities is a good option.” This shows some willingness to use structures beyond simple statements. However, control is inconsistent: “many people prefering to migrating” has an incorrect verb pattern, and “i truly believe it negative effect” is missing grammatical elements. In “excesive of anything have significant drawbacks,” the subject–verb relationship is unclear, and the long sequence of clauses lacks effective sentence boundaries and punctuation. The final phrase is incomplete. Practise accurate verb patterns, articles and agreement, then use shorter complete sentences before combining ideas with conjunctions.
