Student answer (Band 5.5)

In recent rea, in many countries around the world countryside people migrate to urban cities due to better employment opportunities and health and education purpose. Therefore population is declined in village, in my perspective it is an negative impact on global village.

Many individuals relocating rural area to cities for one of the major reason is make money through start own business and get chance and work in good company. whereas in the village they do not have these kind of opportunity. They have very few options. Morover, health and education concern they resetteling in fast and bustling area. vast options open for academics and health care also easily available 24 x 7 emergency treatment.

Apart from these, moving to urbanization fall down the population of the country side, it has a major impact on countries devlopment. In field of agriculture most of the rural people play vital role to increased food produce and fullfil the others citizen basic requirement. If they move towards city area it can be sharreted the agriculture industries and global face huge difficulties and hunger issue. Additionally, due to population highliy raised in cities, goverment increasing housing cost and other houshold items such as groceries, fuel prices for vehicals and basic neccecities.

In a nutshell, it is an negative development for countries economy also burden on the policmaker to keep balance between cities and countryside people. it has a great impect on food production.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a clear overall judgement that rural-to-urban migration is negative, and you offer relevant reasons: fewer agricultural workers may threaten food production, while growing city populations can raise housing and living costs. However, the position is not fully developed, and some claims need clearer explanation—for example, the link between migration and “countries development” is asserted rather than demonstrated. The discussion of employment, health and education mainly explains why people move, rather than fully showing how these factors affect whether the development is positive or negative. The conclusion repeats your view but adds little support. The response is also 11 words below the required minimum, so there is limited space to develop your examples and reasoning.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The ideas are grouped broadly by topic, and linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “Apart from these,” and “In a nutshell” help signal movement between points. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, particularly where the discussion shifts from agricultural production to city prices without a clear connecting explanation. Some transitions are mechanical or inaccurately used, and references such as “these” do not always make the connection between ideas clear. To improve, organise each body paragraph around one main claim, then explain and illustrate it before moving to the next point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “employment opportunities,” “health care,” “agriculture,” and “food production,” and you use some less common expressions such as “bustling area.” However, the range is limited by frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choice or collocation, which sometimes make meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “global village,” “fall down the population,” and “sharreted the agriculture industries”; these do not express the intended ideas clearly. Several words are also repeated, such as “cities” and “population.” Build a reliable set of phrases for migration, rural services and agricultural labour, and check spelling and collocations carefully so that your ideas are expressed precisely.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional structure beginning “If they move towards city area” and a reason clause with “due to.” However, the range is limited, and complex attempts are often faulty. Errors in articles, agreement, verb forms and sentence construction occur frequently, as in “it is an negative impact,” “population is declined,” and “one of the major reason is make money.” Some sentences are fragments or lack a clear grammatical connection, including “whereas in the village they do not have these kind of opportunity.” These problems can make the reader work to understand your meaning. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then extend them with subordinate clauses.
