Student answer (Band 5.5)
Countryside population is decreasing because villagers try to move toward cities in all over the world .Due to improve their lifestyle and less facilities in coutryside areas
Indivisuals try to move toward big cities because they want better lifestyle and better well-being .There are significiant numbers of reasons of why indivisuals move to big cities the main reason is that they want to inhance their lifestyle and also try to give better life to thier childs .They want to live a happy life and find it difficult in village areas due to this fact indivisuals moves toward urban areas .
The second main reason is that because their is less facilities in rural areas so villagers moves toward urban areas .Addionally,in country side areas there are no hospitals thats why peoples are suffring from mental and physical well being so they decided to move toward urban areas and also the less opportunities in employments .In the present age everyone try to improve their lifestyle and they know that job facilities are better in cities .Moreover the education system every indivisual try to give their child better education and upbringing. In countryside areas the school system is not too much good as in urban areas as a result the villagers are moving toward cities .
From my persoective its beneficial for everyone but not good for the economic growth of our country .I suggested that government should try to give more job ,healthcare and education facilities in coutryside areas so may be the trade will be decrease or be normal .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give relevant reasons for rural-to-urban migration, including access to jobs, healthcare, and education, and you offer a recommendation for improving rural services. However, the task asks you to decide whether the trend is positive or negative, and your position is not fully clear: “its beneficial for everyone but not good for the economic growth” presents competing views without explaining which overall judgement you support. The reasons are also mostly asserted rather than developed with specific examples or explanation of their effects. To strengthen the response, state a clear overall position in the introduction, then explain how each reason supports that judgement and include a relevant example. Your conclusion should directly answer the question rather than mainly propose government action.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure: it introduces the trend, gives reasons, and ends with a personal view and recommendation. Sequencing phrases such as “The second main reason” and “Moreover” help signal the order of points. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because the opening is incomplete and the main body combines several ideas—healthcare, employment, and education—without clear separation or development. Some linking is repetitive or awkward, and the conclusion introduces a contrast between personal benefit and economic harm without resolving it. Organise each body paragraph around one main reason, connect its explanation clearly to your position, and use a final paragraph to summarise that position. Clearer sentence boundaries would also make the relationships between ideas easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “urban areas,” “rural areas,” “employment,” “healthcare,” and “education,” so the reader can identify the main subject. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “better lifestyle,” “move toward,” and “facilities.” There are also frequent spelling errors, such as “Indivisuals,” “significiant,” “inhance,” and “suffring,” as well as inaccurate or unnatural combinations such as “job facilities” and “trade will be decrease.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning less clear. Build a wider set of accurate collocations for migration and public services, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would help distinguish the benefits to individuals from the possible effects on rural communities and the national economy.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including explanations introduced by “because” and “as a result.” However, control is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation. For example, “villagers moves” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “their is less facilities” combines an incorrect verb form with a plural noun. The opening also contains a sentence fragment, and several ideas run together without reliable sentence boundaries. These problems can make the reader pause to work out the intended meaning. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using one clear subordinate clause at a time. Check singular and plural subjects, verb agreement, and full stops before submitting.
