Student answer (Band 6.0)
In the contemporary world, in many countries citizens are locating to the big cities from the villages. Due to relocation there is decreasing the population of villages. While, many people aruge that shifiting to another cities has anumerous benefits, another believe that this trend has a negative impact. In my opinion, this trends brings a positive development.
On the one hand, there are some clear benefits of moving to other city for individual. The primary advantage is that improved financial condition. This is because, in rural part has less number of income source as compare with urban area. The urban area have more companies, factories which help an individual to get job. For example, in village villagers has only option for earning is farming or do anything related to agriculture. But in big cities people can get job on the basis of their skills and education, and can earn decent ammount. Secondly, give the expousre to the new things, such as technology. Many rural people are unknown to the technology.
On the other hand, certain drawbacks of this trend should not be ingnored. The main disadvantage is that reduced food production. In other words, due to relocation the population in the countryside is decreasing and mostly people lived in contryside did farming, which directly affects the food production.
In conclusion, although there are some obvious disadvantages of relocating to the cities from villages, the positive aspects are much more significant. In my opinion, shifting to the cities will continue to be beneficial for the society in the future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you consider rural-to-urban migration a positive development, and the conclusion restates this view. You address both sides by discussing improved employment and access to technology, then noting the possible reduction in food production. These are relevant points, but they are not developed equally. The employment point includes a comparison between rural farming and urban jobs, while the technology benefit is only briefly mentioned and the food-production concern is not supported with a specific example or explanation of its wider effects. To strengthen the response, explain how these effects influence individuals or society and support each main point with a concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for benefits and drawbacks, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” makes the direction of the argument easy to follow. This meets the lower-band expectations securely, and the paragraphing and progression show some features of stronger organisation. However, links within paragraphs are sometimes mechanical, and the second benefit—exposure to technology—is added without being fully connected to the employment discussion. Develop each paragraph around a clear central idea, and use transitions that show the relationship between claims rather than relying mainly on standard signposts.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “financial condition,” “income source,” “food production,” and “agriculture,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more specific phrasing, such as “on the basis of their skills and education.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make the writing less natural: “locating to the big cities,” “anumerous benefits,” “give the expousre,” and “ingnored.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “do anything related to agriculture.” Build a more accurate set of phrases for migration, employment, and rural economies, and check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a contrast clause beginning “While” and a cause-and-effect sentence beginning “This is because.” The overall meaning can usually be followed, but control is inconsistent, and several sentence patterns are incomplete or inaccurate. For example, “The primary advantage is that improved financial condition” needs a complete clause, while “In rural part has less number of income source” has problems with sentence structure, articles, and agreement. There are also errors in “villagers has only option” and “another believe.” Practise building complete clauses with accurate subject–verb agreement and articles, then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and verb.
