Student answer (Band 5.5)
Yes , a lots of people living in rurals areas moving towards cities for better life experiences and better facilities , which resultantly decreasing the population of rural areas.
Living in cities have some pros and cons and similarly in rural areas as well. Some people prefer to live in a village while some oppose this option. In this essay we will discuss both aspects .
people of villages moves from rural areas to cities for better health, study, job and a lots of more better facilities which they do not have in the countryside. So in this sense this a important descion to transfer to city . people will contribute in the development of country by diong work in big companies and brighten their future as well.
The movement of people from the villages to cities would definitly affects the growth of country. If all individuals were moved then there would no farmer in villages , who take care of crops which can cause of food shortage and affects the country economically as well .
It can also increase the population of cities which could create a lot of different types of problems , which can lessen the speed of growth of country.
Everyone has his own opinion , but in my prospective rural's individuals should not shift to cities because rural area's industries also contributes in growth of country like milk, crops and all vegetables. In many countries crops are exported so it can endanger the money coming from exports. To sum up my final advive is that government should provide maximum facilities in countrysides so that they never think to shift in the city.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the question and make your position clear in the conclusion: you consider rural-to-urban migration negative overall and recommend that the government improve countryside facilities. Relevant reasons include better access to healthcare, education and jobs in cities, alongside possible food shortages and pressure on urban populations. However, the discussion of the positive side is brief, and several points are asserted rather than explained. For example, you say city workers will “contribute in the development of country,” but do not show how this balances the risks you describe. The claim that migration could leave “no farmer” is also too absolute. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation or a specific example, and maintain your chosen position more consistently throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the ideas are generally grouped by topic: city opportunities, possible consequences, and your final view. However, progression between these points is not always clear. The opening says the essay will discuss “both aspects,” but the paragraphs do not establish a clear comparison, and the final position appears only in the conclusion. Linking phrases such as “So in this sense” and “It can also” are used, but connections sometimes feel mechanical or do not clarify how one idea follows from another. Improve the paragraph structure by giving each paragraph one central claim, then explaining and supporting it. Use referencing and transitions more precisely to connect the reasons to your overall judgement.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “population,” “food shortage,” “crops,” “exports” and “facilities.” There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “contribute in the development of country.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, which can make the meaning less natural. Examples include “better life experiences,” “a lots of more better facilities,” and “brighten their future.” Spelling errors such as “desc ion” (written as “descion”), “definitly” and “advive” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise vocabulary for migration and its effects, and check spelling and common word partnerships before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional and relative structures, as in “If all individuals were moved then there would no farmer in villages.” This shows an effort to express cause and consequence, but control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in “Living in cities have” and “people of villages moves,” while articles and sentence construction are also problematic in “this a important descion” and “there would no farmer.” Some sentences are understandable, but these errors can make the reader pause. Practise checking subject–verb agreement, articles and complete verb phrases, and use punctuation to separate sentences. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to follow.
