Student answer (Band 5.0)
Around the word a number of people blonging to rural area are shifting to cities, which causes the decrease in countryside population.
Most of the people migrating from rural place to cities can be mostly for better studies, lifestyle and earnings. On countyside people might find it hard to find the suitable studying environment or better schooling options, people often think of moving to cities for better schooling options. As for some people they move towards cities for changing their lifestyle. Most people chase great oppertunities and follow their dreams which leads them towards the cities.
In my opinion it has more positive developements than neagtive. By moving to cities people can improve their natural talents whuch may even help them in getting viral nation wide or even worldwide. Fro students mostly they can have best study environments and they can achieve their goal more easily as compared to the people residing in rural areas. For the young generation it mingth be a great oppertunity to achieve the goals they have set. The negative developmants can be such as the over population in the cities. The traffic conjunction and much more. It would be hard to provide housing for most of the immigrants.
Moving to cities from rural areas can help people get to grater hights, achieve their goals, live their desired life style. It may also be causing over population of the cities, the pollution risk rise from the previous stages. The city will be conjusted and it would be hard to provide the housoing for the over population.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that rural-to-urban migration is more positive than negative, and you identify relevant reasons, including access to education, employment opportunities and a better lifestyle. You also acknowledge drawbacks such as congestion, pollution and housing pressure, so both sides of the issue are addressed. However, the ideas remain limited and are often asserted rather than explained. For example, the claim that people can develop their talents or achieve goals more easily is not supported with a specific example or a clear explanation of how city life enables this. The opening mainly restates the topic, and the conclusion repeats earlier points. Develop fewer reasons in more depth and make the positive-versus-negative judgement more consistently explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph about reasons for migration, a paragraph giving your view and drawbacks, and a concluding paragraph. This helps the reader identify the main stages of your answer. However, progression within and between paragraphs is limited, and several points are repeated, particularly the benefits of education and achieving goals, as well as congestion and housing pressure. Linking phrases such as “As for” and “The negative developments” signal shifts, but the relationships between ideas are not always developed. Some sentences are joined as lists rather than organised into a clear explanation. Group related points, use each paragraph to advance one main idea, and connect claims to their consequences more explicitly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “migrating,” “opportunities,” “over population,” “pollution” and “housing.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main subject and your position. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, such as “cities,” “goals” and “better.” There are also frequent spelling errors, including “blonging,” “oppertunities,” “developements” and “conjusted,” which can distract the reader. Some combinations are unnatural, for example “traffic conjunction” and “get to grater hights.” Work on accurate spelling and common collocations, and choose more precise terms when describing urban pressures and the benefits of migration.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a relative clause in “talents which may even help them” and a contrast between benefits and drawbacks. However, the range is limited, and attempts to combine ideas often produce faulty or unclear sentences. For example, “Most of the people migrating from rural place to cities can be mostly for better studies” has an awkward grammatical construction, while “On countyside people might find it hard to find…” lacks a clear article and has an unclear sentence boundary before the next clause. There are also problems with agreement and sentence formation, as in “The negative developmants can be such as…” Practise building accurate complex sentences and check articles, plurals, and clause boundaries.
