Mrs Barrett, an English-speaking woman who lives in your town, has advertised for someone to help her in her home for a few hours a day next summer.

Write a letter to Mrs Barrett. In your letter

• suggest how you could help her in her home
• say why you would like to do this work
• explain when you will and will not be available

Dear Mrs Barrett,

Hope you are fine and good, I have seen your advertisement for home help. i know how to fix all electrical items that require a specific specialization. As i have done my electrical engineering from a renowned university. and in past i have done arrangements for my granny's, uncle's, and few cousins' house electrical work in her house. This is my profession. So I love to do this work.

I know how to fix a heater, washing machine, and an electrical socket for charging a phone and fixing a TV.

So as a good neighbor, I would like to help you in this work without any fees, and it's going to generate a good reference from your side for my future work.

Will be available on the weekend after 11 AM. At your service.

Looking forward for this technical work being done in your home.
