Mrs Barrett, an English-speaking woman who lives in your town, has advertised for someone to help her in her home for a few hours a day next summer.

Write a letter to Mrs Barrett. In your letter

• suggest how you could help her in her home
• say why you would like to do this work
• explain when you will and will not be available

Dear Mrs Barrett,

I saw the advertisment published by you regarding the assistance needed in your build- in home library in the coming summer, As I am taking my semester break during that time ,I want to show my keen interest in this opportunity .

In addition, we share the same town which will we convenient for me to commute and i can be time flexible .Furthermore , I have been a part time librarian at the local library at North York, which offer me a wide range knowledge segregating the books according to the authors and historical dates .

As I will be joining the swimming classes in the mean time I can be available from 5th of June to 1st of July on three alternative days of the week which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I look forward to see your library and assist you during my break.
