I just encountered wit your adverstisement posted on the street pole that you are looking for soemone who can assist you for your housechores. and I would be the best person who can help you. I am very determental and resposnsible person who loves to do her assigned task punctually. I love to do laundry, cleaning dishes, mopping and sweeping the floors as it helps me also to feel fresh and being busy for a whole day.

I would be so pleased to do all the house works since i have more than 10 years experience as a home support worker. Helping each and every individual was my passion before but now i treied to convert my prassion into proffession .

Usaully, For weekdays i am fully available but on weekends i am open to work from (9am -2pm) since i have my family and need to spend some quality time with them too but in case of emergency feel free to contact me I would try my best to show up at the same moment.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: suggesting how you can help, explaining your motivation, and clarifying your availability. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter to a potential employer. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, while you mention your experience as a home support worker, you could have elaborated more on how those specific skills would benefit Mrs Barrett. The letter covers the requirements, but the content is quite brief and lacks the depth required for a higher band. Ensure that each point is fully expanded to demonstrate a more professional approach.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. You use some basic cohesive devices, such as 'since' and 'but', to connect ideas. However, the flow between sentences is occasionally mechanical, and some transitions are abrupt. For example, the jump from discussing your cleaning tasks to your professional experience could be smoother. Additionally, the use of punctuation is inconsistent, which occasionally disrupts the logical progression of your ideas. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring consistent paragraph structure would help improve the overall flow of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'punctually', 'assigned task', and 'professional'. However, there are several spelling errors, such as 'adverstisement', 'housechores', 'determental', and 'proffession', which detract from the quality of your writing. Furthermore, some word choices are slightly unnatural, such as 'I hope you are in good spirit' (should be 'spirits') and 'I treied to convert my prassion'. To reach a higher band, you need to demonstrate more accurate spelling and a wider range of natural, context-appropriate vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'I just encountered wit your adverstisement'), incorrect preposition usage, and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'being busy for a whole day'). Punctuation is also problematic, with missing commas and inconsistent capitalization. While these errors do not completely prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they occur frequently enough to impact the clarity of your writing. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common grammatical slips will significantly improve your score.
