I am Khushi leaving in your town next to your house, I am connected with this group so I get to know that you need assistance in next summer for 2-3 hours for helping in your household work because of physical abilities. I am working as a house helper in many homes in our town. I helped people with cleaning, gardening, laundry. Moreover sometimes I assist with cooking in barbecue party in summer. I am a kind person so I love to do help when it needs. I feel happy and calm and in addition to that I feel proud that my life is worth for someone to be able to help. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: suggesting how you can help, explaining your motivation, and detailing your availability. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter to a neighbor. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, while you mention cleaning and gardening, you could have elaborated slightly more on how your specific experience makes you a good fit for Mrs. Barrett's needs. The purpose of the letter is clear, and the reader understands exactly what you are offering. To reach a higher band, ensure that your ideas are expanded with more descriptive detail rather than just listing tasks.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The letter follows a logical progression, moving from the reason for writing to your experience, your motivation, and finally your availability. However, the paragraphing is insufficient; the entire body of the letter is presented as a single block of text, which makes it harder to read. While you use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'in addition to that', the flow between sentences is occasionally mechanical. To improve, you should use clear paragraph breaks to separate the different topics (e.g., one paragraph for your skills, one for your availability) and work on using a wider variety of linking words to connect your ideas more naturally.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant topic-specific vocabulary such as 'assistance', 'household work', and 'gardening'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and phrasing, such as 'leaving in your town' (should be 'living') and 'my life is worth for someone' (which is slightly unnatural). You rely on fairly basic vocabulary throughout. To achieve a higher score, try to incorporate more precise collocations and less common synonyms to describe your skills and your desire to help, rather than relying on simple phrases like 'I am a kind person'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader, such as 'your advertisement you posted it' (redundant pronoun), 'I get to know' (tense error), and 'I will look froward from you' (preposition and spelling error). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the lack of proper sentence boundaries in some places. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct preposition usage will significantly improve your accuracy.
