Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: suggesting how you can help, explaining your motivation, and clarifying your availability. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter to a potential employer. However, the development of ideas is somewhat repetitive, particularly regarding your cleaning experience. To improve, you could provide more specific examples of the types of household tasks you are proficient in, such as grocery shopping, laundry, or gardening, rather than focusing solely on cleaning. The letter covers the requirements well enough to be considered fully addressed, though the depth of the content could be enhanced to better persuade the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'A part from that' to link ideas. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical or unnatural, such as 'at those time' or 'at those days'. The flow between sentences is sometimes interrupted by awkward phrasing, which makes the progression of ideas feel slightly disjointed. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that your referencing (using pronouns to refer back to previous ideas) is more precise and natural.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, but it is somewhat limited and repetitive. You rely heavily on basic terms like 'work' and 'cleaning'. There are also some noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'radiant health' (which should be 'radiant health' or simply 'good health') and 'doing master' (which should be 'doing a Master's degree'). Phrases like 'mind-blowing' are a bit informal for this context. To improve, try to incorporate more precise vocabulary related to household management and professional experience, and pay closer attention to standard collocations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'I see your advertised' (should be 'I saw your advertisement'), 'I would interested' (should be 'I would be interested'), and 'everyone are sleeping' (should be 'everyone is sleeping'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage are inconsistent throughout the letter. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on proofreading for basic tense consistency and subject-verb agreement will significantly improve your accuracy.
