Mrs Barrett, an English-speaking woman who lives in your town, has advertised for someone to help her in her home for a few hours a day next summer.

Write a letter to Mrs Barrett. In your letter

• suggest how you could help her in her home
• say why you would like to do this work
• explain when you will and will not be available

Dear Mrs Barrett,

I hope that you are doing well. I am writing this letter to you as I have seen your advertisement for you need some assistance in your home for some time in a day on coming summers and I firm belive that can help you in many ways.

First of all I would like to mention that i am a handy man who can do almost anything to maintain your home. such as cutting down the grass, give water to the plants, take your dog for a walk etc. Secondy, I also know some of the electrical and plumbing wor.

I would really like to help you because it will help me earn extra cash during my summer vacation. Also, some of these physical activity will help me to remain fit and healthy.

Lastly I would like to mention that I willl only be available in the evening. so, if you are interested, feel free to reach out.
