Mrs Barrett, an English-speaking woman who lives in your town, has advertised for someone to help her in her home for a few hours a day next summer.

Write a letter to Mrs Barrett. In your letter

• suggest how you could help her in her home
• say why you would like to do this work
• explain when you will and will not be available

Dear Mrs Barett,

I am writing this letter to seek an opportunity regarding advertise you posted in newspaper, who can help you in your home in coming summer.

I have great experience working with people who need help in their home so, I can do many things such as cleaning, cooking and gardening. I am passionate about garden work and I took some training to gain knowledge about flora.

I am living with my son and he goes to work everyday, though I get bore at home so I started working and exploring more about this country. Also, I like to increase my knowledge about different culture and learn something new to engance my skills.

As my son does not work during weekend then I would like to spend some time with him so, I will be available during weekdays from morning to evening. If you have any urgency during weekend then I will come for few hours.
