Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three points: you offer to prepare meals, explain that you want to help because you have not done voluntary work recently, and give specific availability from Monday to Saturday while excluding Sunday. The offer is relevant, but the help you could provide is focused almost entirely on cooking, and the reason for wanting the work is not fully clear: you describe it as voluntary service, although the task presents it as paid work. The availability is useful, but “from 6 am to 8 pm” is a very broad window for a few hours of work. Clarify the type of arrangement you are seeking and give a more precise daily schedule to develop the response more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a clear overall sequence: you introduce your interest, describe your cooking skills, explain your motivation, and then state your availability. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these points, and the closing is appropriate. Some links are mechanical or unclear, however. “In addition to this” introduces a second offer that largely repeats the first, while “As, I have tiffen service business” does not connect smoothly to the explanation that follows. The final paragraph also combines your schedule and Sunday commitments without specifying the hours you could work each day. Use clearer links between ideas and avoid repeating the same offer so that progression feels more natural.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “professional cook,” “prepare meal,” “available,” and “household chores,” so your meaning is generally understandable. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “revert your advertisement,” “tiffen service,” “vouluntery sevices,” and “avilable.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “according to your desire” and “give a chance to do work for you.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. A wider range of suitable household-help vocabulary, such as cleaning, shopping, or meal preparation, would also make your offer more precise.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including “As, I have tiffen service business so my work start in the late evening,” and your meaning is usually recoverable. Some grammatical errors remain in sentence structure, articles, agreement, and punctuation. For example, “I am professional cook” needs an article, “my work start” requires subject–verb agreement, and “someone who are in need” has an agreement error. The opening sentence, “I am writing to revert your advertisement that I am interested to provide help to you,” is also awkwardly constructed. Practise building accurate sentences with clauses such as “Because I run a meal service, I am available…” and check articles and verb forms before submitting.
