Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three points: you offer help with cooking, cleaning, errands and shopping, explain that you want work experience after finishing your studies, and give weekday hours. The purpose and tone are appropriate for a letter to a prospective employer. The household duties are relevant, although the reference to helping with “your child” is not clearly connected to the advertised role, and your reasons for wanting the work remain fairly general. Availability is only partly explained: you state when you can work, but not which days or periods you will be unavailable beyond evenings. To strengthen the response, clarify the child-related experience and give a more complete schedule, including any days you cannot work.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening, paragraphs covering your proposed help and motivation, a separate availability paragraph, and a suitable closing. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “In addition,” and “Regarding my availability” help signal the progression. However, several transitions feel mechanical, and the second paragraph combines household tasks with your school experience without making the connection clear. The availability paragraph also gives only one reason for your schedule, rather than clearly contrasting available and unavailable times. Use links that show the relationship between ideas, and organise each paragraph around one main point to make the progression more natural and precise.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “household chores,” “advertisement,” “availability,” and “fitness routine.” There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “house related errands,” but some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural: “a variety of works,” “experience work culture,” and “help you in shopping and going for grocery.” These choices make parts of the letter less fluent, even though the intended meaning is generally understandable. Aim for natural combinations such as “a range of household tasks,” “gain work experience,” and “help with the shopping.” More precise vocabulary for your duties and motivation would make the letter sound more confident and professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a sentence beginning “Although this work is not related to my field,” and the main message remains understandable. However, errors in verb forms, articles, and sentence construction occur in several places. For example, “you looking” needs an auxiliary verb, “I would be help” has an incorrect verb form, and “I am look” should use a different verb construction. There are also issues in “I finished my study in last month” and “this experience help me,” involving tense, article use, and agreement. Review these patterns and check each sentence for a complete verb phrase and correct subject–verb agreement. Greater accuracy in these common structures would make your varied sentences easier to read.
