Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three points: you offer household help such as cleaning, laundry and cooking, explain that you have experience and want to work, and state that weekdays suit you while weekends are usually unavailable. The purpose and your interest are clear, and the examples of services make the offer relevant. However, the reason for wanting the work is not fully explained: “I feel happy to give services” is vague, and “After completing my studies, I have plenty of time” could be linked more clearly to your motivation. Availability also needs more precise hours or dates, and the weekend exception is unclear. Developing these details would make the letter more complete and specific.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: you introduce your response, describe your skills, give reasons for applying, and finish with availability and a polite closing. Paragraphing helps distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “Along with that” and “After completing my studies” show an attempt to connect ideas. Some links are awkward or mechanical, however, and the second paragraph begins with “Although” without completing a clear contrast. The availability sentence also combines several points, making the weekend arrangement harder to follow. Use simpler, more direct transitions and separate your weekday availability from your weekend conditions to create smoother progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for a domestic-help letter, including “cleaning,” “dusting,” “laundry,” “cooking,” and “valid driving licence.” These details communicate the services you can offer. However, several expressions are unnatural or imprecise, such as “give you an assistance,” “in this field,” “give services,” and “dedicated towards my work.” The phrase “accommodate myself at your earliest convenience” does not clearly express your weekend availability. These collocation and word-choice problems make parts of the letter sound less natural, although the main meaning remains understandable. Aim for straightforward, idiomatic phrases that describe your experience, motivation and schedule precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple statements and longer structures, and the main message is generally easy to understand. There are some errors in sentence construction and punctuation. For example, “Although I have three years of experience in this field, as I feel happy to give services” is an incomplete and confusing clause; it would be clearer as two complete sentences. In “I am very responsible and hard working person,” an article is needed before “hard-working person.” The sentence about weekends also shifts awkwardly between “I prefer” and “I can accommodate,” while “as well..” has incorrect punctuation. Check that each sentence has a complete structure and use full stops consistently.
