Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address all three requested points: you offer cleaning, food preparation, driving and yoga; explain that helping others gives you pleasure; and state weekday hours while noting weekend yoga classes. These details make the letter relevant, but several points are brief or unclear—for example, “I can do cleaning” does not explain what household help you could provide, and the weekend availability sentence is difficult to interpret. The response is also below the required 150 words, so there is not enough development to fully explain your suitability and schedule. Add a little detail about your experience and clarify exactly which days and hours you can work.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a recognisable structure, moving from its purpose to the help offered, your motivation, and your availability, before closing politely. Paragraph breaks help separate these points. However, the progression is sometimes abrupt: the list of services is crowded into one sentence, and “as on weekneds” does not clearly connect your weekday availability to your weekend commitments. The phrase “As I am doing social work in society, so…” also uses a connector awkwardly. Use one main idea per sentence and make the relationship between your schedule and yoga classes explicit. This would make the overall organisation easier to follow while preserving the clear basic structure.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough everyday vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “cleaning,” “preparing the food,” “driving experience,” and “yoga classes.” The range is limited, however, and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, such as “do help of other people” and “different work in your house.” Spelling errors—including “reponse,” “experince,” “soical,” and “glade”—are noticeable and can distract the reader. Choose more natural phrases for household duties and motivation, and check spelling carefully. A few precise expressions, such as “household chores” or “assist with meal preparation,” would make the letter sound more fluent and appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the reader can generally understand your main message. However, the longer constructions are often faulty, as in “I will help you in different work in your house like I can do cleaning,” where the ideas need clearer grammatical links. There are also errors in articles, verb patterns, and sentence construction: “I am writing to reponse to your advertisement that you give in newspaper” and “I get pleasure to do help” are difficult to read smoothly. The availability sentence is also incomplete or unclear after “as on weekneds.” Practise building accurate sentences with one clear clause at a time, then combine ideas using correct connectors and verb forms.
