Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you offer household help, explain your financial motivation, and give your work schedule. Examples such as cleaning, caring for plants, and shopping make your offer relevant, while the school security job gives Mrs Barrett useful availability information. However, some points are less fully explained than others. Your availability is not entirely clear: “after that i am free” suggests afternoons, but the later reference to flexible hours and urgent work is difficult to interpret. The reason for wanting the job is understandable, though it focuses mainly on financial need rather than why this particular work appeals to you. Clarifying your available days and times, and developing that motivation, would make the letter more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter follows a generally sensible order: you respond to the advertisement, describe possible duties, explain your circumstances, and state when you can work. This makes the main message possible to follow. However, the ideas are presented in long, crowded blocks, and the transitions are sometimes mechanical or unclear. For example, “First of you did not mention” moves abruptly into a list, while the sentence about working hours and urgent work is hard to connect to the preceding schedule. Use separate paragraphs for your offer, motivation, and availability, and link each point with clear transitions. More precise referencing and punctuation would also help the reader follow the progression without effort.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “house chores,” “plants,” “super market,” and “working hours.” However, the range is limited and several word choices, collocations, and spelling errors make the letter less natural or occasionally unclear. Phrases such as “help in bring daily needs” and “satisfy thier some neccessities of life” do not express your meaning idiomatically; “lookafter” is also incorrectly formed as one word. Aim for accurate, natural phrases for domestic tasks and personal motivation, and check spelling carefully. A more formal and precise vocabulary would make your offer sound clearer and more appropriate for a letter to a potential employer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, for example, “I need this job as i am jobless due lack education skills, because every company want with some kind qualification.” This shows an effort to explain reasons, but some sentence structures are incomplete or difficult to follow. There are also errors in articles, verb forms, agreement, and punctuation, as in “i would like to tell can help you” and “i work in private school as security guard.” The availability sentence beginning “i can also urgent…” is not grammatically complete. Use a clear subject and verb in each clause, and check sentence boundaries, capitalization, and verb agreement. These corrections would make your meaning more consistently clear.
