Student answer (Band 4.5)
Some people face many difficulties relevant garbage. plastic bag, bottles, and dirty things are spreading in all area. They cause different diseases in human. They have bad effects on surrounding environments.
Actually, Mostly Urban areas garbage are spread in all streets, dirty water are stand in streets or road. Council of this area have not take action about this problems. When people throw all thing in dustbin. some flies and mosquito are sit on them. These area creates many diseases, like flu, cough, qnd fever etc.For example, I went market yesterday then i saw many bins in marketplace. They full with garbage and useless things. Some insects or bug sitting on the bins. It cause increase of health issues
On Other hand, Government also take action about collect garbage or dirty accessories. They provide more facilities to collect the garbage on bins. They should make community group those collect the wastage and throw in garbage truck. furthermore, These facilities peovide in all areas city and village areas. For example In village children go school and passing in the streets. They throw plastic bag bottles and rappers in street. other insects sit on there. it cause increasing the disease. Because there are no dustbin. Government support these people. They provide few dustbin for collecting the wastage objects. When dustbin full with garbage then you send truck for holding all dustbin and clean all area.
In conclusion, I think more dustbin fixin all side. When people use somehting but wastage things throw in dustbin.when they collect Garbage in bins and garbage committee pick up this. Then disease can't spread in people. They have phsical fit. For example I went on shop. i buy vegetables and i saw insect on vegetables. This is very problematic reason for health.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You make an attempt to address both the environmental problem and possible government action, and you give examples such as litter in streets and a lack of bins in villages. However, the response focuses mainly on rubbish collection and disease, rather than explaining the specific environmental damage caused by plastic, such as harm to wildlife, waterways, or ecosystems. Individual actions are also not clearly developed; most proposed solutions are assigned to the government. Several points, including the market-bin example and insects on vegetables, are not clearly connected to the question. To strengthen the response, explain distinct effects of plastic and give practical actions for both governments and individuals, supporting each with relevant detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic attempt to organise the response into an opening, discussion of the problem, proposed action, and conclusion. Connectors such as “On Other hand,” “furthermore,” and “In conclusion” signal some relationships between ideas. However, progression is difficult to follow because several points are repeated, and examples sometimes appear without a clear link to the main argument. For instance, the final example about insects on vegetables does not clearly support the conclusion about plastic waste. Sentences are often joined abruptly, and references such as “these area” and “this” can leave the reader unsure what is meant. Group each main idea into a focused paragraph and use clearer links between claim, explanation, and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The response uses basic vocabulary relevant to waste and public health, including “garbage,” “dustbin,” “diseases,” and “collect.” This is enough to communicate the general topic, but the range is repetitive and often imprecise, which can make meaning difficult to follow. Phrases such as “dirty accessories,” “useless things,” and “physical fit” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also spelling and word-form errors, including “peovide,” “rappers,” and “somehting.” Build a more precise set of topic words, such as “plastic waste,” “litter,” “pollution,” “wildlife,” and “recycling,” and check spelling and collocations. For example, say “waste collection” rather than “collect garbage or dirty accessories.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt some longer sentences and use simple clauses to explain causes and solutions, but sentence structures remain limited and errors are frequent enough to make parts of the response hard to understand. Examples include “Council of this area have not take action,” “dirty water are stand,” and “They cause increase of health issues,” where verb forms and agreement are not controlled. Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries also need attention: “in all area” and “They full with garbage” are unclear, while several sentences run together without appropriate punctuation. Practise accurate simple sentence patterns first, then combine ideas using clauses such as “because” and “which.” Proofread for subject–verb agreement, tense, articles, and complete sentences.
