As you mentioned in your article which published in tribune newspaper all the town centers looks very similar. No doubt there are certain things that have same all over the country such as interior and exterior of the shopping mall, design of the buildings and many more.

As I would like to inform you that there are a plethora of ways that differentiate my town from others like, before entering the town center there is a fountain that enhance the beauty of the place. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the task. You acknowledged the article's point about uniformity, provided specific examples of how your town differs (fountain, tram, elevators), and extended an invitation for a tour. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the description of the town centre's uniqueness could be more detailed to fully convince the reader. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter to an editor, though it could be slightly more formal. Overall, you have fulfilled the requirements of the task effectively.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The letter follows a logical structure with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a closing. You use some cohesive devices such as 'As you mentioned', 'Additionally', and 'As I would like to inform you'. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical or slightly unnatural, such as 'As I would like to inform you' which is not the most idiomatic way to introduce a new point. Paragraphing is used, but the flow between sentences could be improved to make the argument feel more cohesive and less like a list of points.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using words like 'plethora', 'amenities', and 'differentiate'. There are some minor issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'article which published' (should be 'which was published') and 'there are certain things that have same' (should be 'that are the same'). While you attempt to use more sophisticated vocabulary, some errors in usage persist. Nevertheless, the vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly throughout the letter.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('tram facility and elevators has been available' should be 'have been') and missing articles ('in shopping center' should be 'in the shopping center'). Additionally, there are minor punctuation and phrasing errors, such as 'regarding the your point of view'. While these errors are noticeable, they do not impede communication. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and article usage.
