IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You have just read an article in a national newspaper which claims that town centres in your country all look very similar to each other. You don't fully agree with this opinion.

Write a letter to the editor of the newspaper. In your letter

• say which points in the article you agree with
• explain ways in which your town centre is different from most other town centres
• offer to give a guided tour of your town to the writer of the article

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I just read an article which states the simalirities among all town centre. I partially agree with your statement, as our town centre had all the facilities needed such as gaming room, library and parks.

According to me our town centre is littile different from others. we have temple inside the centre so the older people can also visit there for meditation. In addtion to this we have small clinic on the second floor for people of all age group and the doctors also do small surgeries over there. This kind of facilities make our city town centre more upgraded as compared to others.

I will be happy to invite you for a guided tour by our town centre manager by that you can see the facilities we are providing and it also help you to put some mor information in your next article so individuals know the differnce. Hope this information helps you.Thank you.
