IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You have just read an article in a national newspaper which claims that town centres in your country all look very similar to each other. You don't fully agree with this opinion.

Write a letter to the editor of the newspaper. In your letter

• say which points in the article you agree with
• explain ways in which your town centre is different from most other town centres
• offer to give a guided tour of your town to the writer of the article

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to give my opinion regarding the article in a national newspaper which says that town centers in my country seems to be similar to each other.

To begin with, I am not agree with this notion about the town center which looks same. However, I will be agree at certain points like diversity, culture, shape of the town. Whereas, my town center is different from other town center in so many ways like number of people , recreation activities that available for the youth. Moreover, I would like to offer you a guided tour of my town if you are available on next week. Kindly, let me know if you would be interested to have a visit for my town and also you could spend some days over there. I can arrange some accommodation for you. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
