In contemporary society, Every individual has his own preference regarding various things. Some prefer to explore new places, foods and opportunities whereas, others are still persist to change and like to continue the same. As per my point of view, I love to explore new places as it serve more experiences. This essay will discuss the both point views hereinafter.

One compelling reason behind to try new things in life is that people love to have great experiences. By exploring different places and foods, individuals get excited and feel more satisfied towards life. For instance, one person try different cuisines to enjoy taste and visits several places to experiences diverse culture and values. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The essay addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both attitudes and providing a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the argument regarding 'comfort' in the second body paragraph is relevant but lacks depth. The conclusion is incomplete, which is a significant omission that prevents the essay from being fully developed. While the position is clear throughout the body, the lack of a proper conclusion impacts the overall task response. To improve, ensure that all sections, including the conclusion, are fully written to provide a sense of closure to the discussion.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Additionally', 'On contrast', and 'Therefore', though some are used incorrectly or mechanically (e.g., 'On contrast' should be 'In contrast'). Referencing is generally clear, but the flow is occasionally interrupted by awkward phrasing. The paragraphing is logical, but the abrupt ending in the conclusion disrupts the overall coherence of the piece. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring they are used with greater precision would help elevate the score in this criterion.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the student to express ideas clearly. There are attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'contemporary society', 'habitual', and 'unexpected outcomes'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'still persist to change' instead of 'resist change' and 'feel best and thriller' instead of 'feel excited and thrilled'. The range is sufficient for the task, but the lack of precision in word choice and some repetitive phrasing limit the score. Focusing on learning collocations rather than isolated words would be beneficial.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's flow. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('one person try', 'some individual loves'), incorrect verb forms ('as they are become habitual'), and punctuation errors (e.g., 'Additionally. people'). While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors is noticeable. To improve, the student should focus on basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of auxiliary verbs, before attempting more complex structures.
