Student answer (Band 5.5)
Few individual loves to try different thing like new places various food and all whereas, some like to repeat the same things which they know and in this essay I am going to discuss about the both points along with my own opinion.
To begin, with the former point that, the people who try new things because they want to explore more things in their lives and wanted to live more extrovertedly which will help them vanish their shyness and in this way they become more social which helps them to expand their friend circle which lead to learn more things like different culture, food and language.
On the flip side of the coin, that some people always picky in their things or do the same things everyday because they like their comfort more and in this way they will able to make their life more better or maybe, they are very strict about their time table and rules, or there are few people who won't able to try different things because of some health issues such as heart desiese, cancer and some other allergies which might lead to the death.
In my opinion, I believe that trying the different things, places and food is the best way of living life in this way human can learn or experince many things which they can also tell their upcoming generation about good or bad and also they will never ever had a regret of doing nothing in their life.
To conclude, every person is diiferent few like to try various things or some not becaus eeveryone have their own opnion about the life few loves to live openly and few like in a reserved way.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both attitudes and state a clear preference for trying new experiences, so the response covers the main parts of the task. The first body paragraph gives relevant reasons, such as becoming more social and learning about other cultures, while the second recognises comfort, routines and health concerns as reasons for avoiding change. However, these ideas are not developed equally: the health examples are listed without explaining how they relate to trying new foods or places, and the conclusion mostly repeats that people differ rather than reinforcing your argument. To strengthen the response, explain one or two examples in more depth and connect each reason directly to the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two attitudes, your opinion, and a conclusion. Transitions such as “To begin,” “On the flip side,” and “To conclude” help signal the stages of the discussion. However, some linking is mechanical or awkward, and several sentences contain too many ideas joined together, making the progression harder to follow. For example, the paragraph beginning “On the flip side of the coin” moves from comfort to strict routines and then to serious illnesses without clear connections. Use shorter, more focused sentences and make the relationship between each supporting point explicit. The conclusion could also synthesise the discussion rather than simply restating that people have different opinions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “comfort,” “friend circle,” “culture,” “allergies,” and “reserved.” There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “On the flip side of the coin,” though this phrase sounds somewhat formulaic in this context. Word choice and spelling errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “picky in their things,” “live more extrovertedly,” “experince,” and “diiferent” are examples. Some phrases are also imprecise, such as “make their life more better.” Build a more accurate range of collocations and check spelling carefully; this will make your ideas clearer and more natural without requiring unusually advanced vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses with “because,” “which,” and “who,” and the overall meaning is usually understandable. However, some sentence structures are faulty or overloaded. For instance, “Few individual loves” has a subject–verb agreement problem, and “some people always picky” is missing a verb. In “they will able to make,” the auxiliary construction is incomplete, while “everyone have their own opinion” also shows agreement difficulty. Punctuation is sometimes used in ways that interrupt the sentence, particularly in the opening and the second body paragraph. Aim for one main idea per sentence, check subject–verb agreement and verb forms, and use commas to clarify rather than fragment the structure.
