Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is irrefutable that some people love to explore different things, which gives them oppourtunities to explore new things. While, a group of individuals want stick to their bascis schedule, helps them to expertise in their feild. In the upcomong paragraphs, I will discuss both notions along with my suggestion in the conclusion.
Firstly, people who are keen to explore the new things are more likely to think creatively. By exploring new things they will get new experiences and they are able to think out of the box. Which help them in their carrier growth and they can apply those experiences in their feild to get more advantage. These new experiences not only help an individual, but also it will help society. People can teach new generation, that how to survive in the new places, what skills and language required to live in a different country. Lastly, how they can get themself familiar in the new places. For example, there is a famous youtube channel Travel with Ishan, in which the host visit new places and teach people how they can manage their expence and how to get help if they stuck in any difficult situatuion.
On the other hand, people who like to do things in traditional ways have valid points. Individuals who follow a particular regime they are more likely to expert in their feild. They can easy point out a single mistake, and correct things easily. They also do not feel stress, because they are familiar with places and process, beacause they are following it from years. For an instance, a famous coffee house facing issue with new coffee, so they took help from a barista who is working in this feild from last 20 years. After tasting coffee, he instantly point out that the coffee beans were different. This clearly states that following a particular regime, make you expert in that feild
Inb concluion, exploring new this gives you an advantage to try new things but I belieb=ve following the same

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both attitudes and give relevant reasons: trying new things is linked to creativity and learning, while familiar routines are associated with expertise and reduced stress. The travel-channel and coffee-house examples help illustrate these points. However, the response only partially fulfils the task because your own opinion is not clearly stated or explained. The conclusion begins, “exploring new things gives you an advantage,” but then breaks off, so the reader cannot tell which attitude you support or why. Some claims, such as how travellers help society, are also broad and would benefit from a more specific explanation. State your position clearly in the introduction and return to it in a complete conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two attitudes, and an attempted conclusion. Transitions such as “Firstly” and “On the other hand” make the contrast easy to follow. However, progression is uneven, and some links between sentences are unclear. For example, “Which help them in their carrier growth” is a fragment rather than a complete continuation of the previous idea, while the first paragraph moves quickly from personal creativity to teaching future generations. The conclusion is incomplete, which leaves the overall argument without a clear ending. Use complete sentences, develop one main point at a time, and ensure the final paragraph summarises your view.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “think creatively,” “out of the box,” “particular regime,” and “familiar with places and process.” These choices help communicate the contrast between novelty and routine. However, the range is limited by repeated use of “new things,” “feild,” and “explore,” and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, such as “expert in their field” where “become an expert” is needed, and “manage their expence.” Spelling errors such as “oppourtunities,” “upcomong,” and “situatuion” are noticeable and sometimes slow the reader. Build a more precise range for discussing exploration and routine, and proofread spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses with “because” and “who,” and the main ideas are generally understandable. However, errors are frequent, and some attempted structures are incomplete or difficult to follow. For example, “While, a group of individuals want stick to their bascis schedule, helps them…” lacks a clear grammatical structure, and “Which help them…” is a sentence fragment. There are also recurring problems with verb forms and agreement, as in “the host visit” and “he instantly point out,” as well as missing articles and prepositions. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement and verb tense.
