Dear Editor,

The book titled 'Inner Personality' written by James Rathor. The book demonstrates a person's internal thoughts, feelings and vibes influence on their daily life. It also emphasizes the importance of having a positive attitude.
This valuable book has a great influence on me. Earlier, I used to be very negative for myself, and many things were gone failed. I always feel stressed and unmotivated just due to my inner negative emotions. After reading this book, I gradually fixing this thinking and try to stay positive and energetic. I take difficulties and challenges as a part of life and build my ability to face them positively.
I believe this book would be valuable for many people. In this modern era, nearly every person face stress and anxiety in their life. This book teaches them how to live a life more happily and change their perspectives to think about one's own self.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
You have addressed all three bullet points of the prompt effectively. You clearly described the book, explained its personal impact, and provided a logical argument for why it might influence others. The tone is appropriate for a magazine contribution. To reach a higher band, ensure that your descriptions are slightly more detailed; for example, when mentioning the book's content, you could provide a specific example of a concept or chapter that resonated with you. Overall, the response is well-focused and fulfills the requirements of the task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The letter is logically organized with clear paragraphing. Each paragraph focuses on a specific aspect of the prompt, which helps the reader follow your ideas easily. You use some cohesive devices such as 'After reading this book' and 'In this modern era' to link your thoughts. However, the flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and transition phrases to connect sentences more fluidly. At times, the transition between ideas feels a bit mechanical, but the overall structure remains clear and easy to follow throughout the letter.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for this task, using words like 'emphasizes', 'motivated', and 'perspectives' correctly. However, there are some minor inaccuracies and repetitive phrasing, such as 'many things were gone failed' and 'fixing this thinking'. To improve, try to use more precise collocations and avoid basic phrasing. While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your message clearly, incorporating more sophisticated or idiomatic expressions would help you achieve a higher score in this criterion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is good. However, there are several grammatical errors that occur throughout the text, such as 'I am writing to contribute a book' (should be 'write about a book'), 'many things were gone failed' (should be 'many things failed'), and 'nearly every person face' (should be 'faces'). These errors do not impede communication, but they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct verb tense usage will significantly improve your accuracy.
