One of the major advantage of this trend is maintain the balance among urban and rural areas. Therefore, the demand of more residential areas in big cities will not longer required. Which directly influence the increase in natural habitats and less pollution which lead due to skyscraper construction. In addition, more small business are build in remote area which create more job opportunities for rural people. Consequentely, rural areas will go under the developement with this trend.

Whereas, this trend will lead to shortage of employees in big cities because urban areas are hub of multi-national compnies. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, including the reasons for the trend and the advantages and disadvantages. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. The reasons for the trend are placed after the advantages and disadvantages, which disrupts the logical flow requested by the prompt structure. While the ideas are relevant, some points, such as the claim that staying in one's birthplace balances urban and rural areas, are slightly underdeveloped and could benefit from more specific examples or clearer logical links to ensure the argument is fully persuasive.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or inaccurate. For example, the transition 'Therefore' is used in contexts where it does not logically follow the preceding sentence. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'lead due to skyscraper construction'. While the progression of ideas is generally logical, the connection between sentences could be smoother to achieve a higher band score.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are frequent errors in word choice and collocation that occasionally impede the flow, such as 'excess any kind of facility' (instead of 'access') and 'magrate' (misspelled). The range is somewhat limited, relying on basic descriptors. To improve, you should focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring correct spelling of key terms. Some phrases, like 'multi-national compnies', show a lack of precision in spelling and terminology.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('more small business are build'), article usage, and sentence fragments ('Which directly influence...'). These errors are noticeable and sometimes require the reader to re-read to grasp the intended meaning. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band score. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would be highly beneficial.
