Student answer (Band 6.5)
There are few individuals who prefer to stay all the time where they are born because of emotional attachment to their roots. However, this fact has both merits as well as demerits that will be demonstrated in the upcoming paragraphs with relevant examples.
First of all, the paramount concrete reason behind this notion is that humans spend their whole life at that particular place with their siblings and family members. So, in order to stay in touch with them for the whole life, they do not like to go outside for their survival. Moreover, homesickness is another factor which impacts a lot to live close to birth place. As people grow in the supervision of their parents, learn and follow all ethics related to their culture, it is challenging for them to go to new place and adapt new one. For instance, ancestors in my country had only one wish when they will die, they should be at their birth location in order to keep connected with their culture.
Every coin has two sides, moving to its positive side, traditional values are protected just because of that people who give importance to live close to their born place. Apart from this, they can enjoy every family function as well as festival instead of feeling lonely on these days and get a chance to make strong bond between their friends. As opposed to it, this factor forces people to remain where they are. Furthermore, people just know about that place where they live as compared to know about other world. Additionally, humans do not know other things such as rules, norms, and ethics popular in other world.
To conclude, it can be reiterated that there are innumerable facts determining that people want to enjoy that things which is related to their culture and birth place . Nevertheless, this matter has both pros and cons which cannot be neglected.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses all parts of the prompt: reasons, advantages, and disadvantages. The ideas are relevant, such as emotional attachment and cultural preservation. However, the development is somewhat limited. For example, the disadvantage section mentions that people 'do not know other things' about the world, which is a valid point but lacks specific elaboration or depth. The position is clear throughout, but the arguments could be more fully extended to reach a higher band. The structure is logical, and the response covers the requirements of the task effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized with clear paragraphing. Each paragraph has a central theme. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'First of all', 'Moreover', 'Apart from this', and 'To conclude'. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical or repetitive, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'this factor forces people to remain where they are', where the antecedent is not explicitly defined. Despite these minor issues, the progression of ideas is easy to follow, and the overall structure is coherent.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task. You use some appropriate collocations like 'emotional attachment', 'paramount concrete reason', and 'traditional values'. However, there are instances of awkward phrasing and word choice, such as 'moving to its positive side' and 'enjoy that things which is related to their culture'. There is an attempt to use less common vocabulary, but it is not always used with full precision. Expanding your range of synonyms and refining your collocations would help elevate your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While many sentences are clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'impacts a lot to live close to birth place' and 'the world' used incorrectly as 'other world'. Subject-verb agreement and article usage are inconsistent. For instance, 'the paramount concrete reason... is that humans spend their whole life' is grammatically sound, but 'enjoy that things which is related' contains errors in number agreement. These errors do not impede communication, but they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score.
