First of all, certain section of society wants to live their life in their hometown because they really want to spend their time their whole family. For instance, I am coming from the Gujrati family and in our culture mostly all peoples are living in a joint family around 15 to 16 family memebers. The main reason behind that is you are become very connected to that places because you grewup their and you lived your whole childhood their you have your whole family and lots of very instresting and loving memories.

Moreover, On the one hand, living at you hometown has a lots of benefits, for instance, you can spend your time with the family and the friends who was their in you childhood, who helped you in your good and bad time. The best part of that is you can spend quality time with your loved onces. While you can spend your time with your family, may be you can not got the more opportunity at that place. Like you studied more about the Ai and tenchnology but there is not that much resources, so you can not become that much successful person.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses all parts of the prompt: reasons for living near one's birthplace, advantages, and disadvantages. However, the development of ideas is limited. While the mention of 'joint families' provides a relevant example, the discussion on disadvantages is quite brief and lacks depth. The argument regarding AI and technology is a good point but is not fully explained or supported with specific detail. The position is clear, but the overall response would benefit from more extensive elaboration and a more formal tone to fully meet the requirements of a higher band.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often repetitive or mechanical, such as the frequent use of 'for instance' and 'on the other hand'. Some transitions are awkward, such as the opening sentence which contains grammatical errors that disrupt the flow. The progression of ideas is generally logical, but the connection between sentences could be smoother. Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs lacks the sophisticated linking required for a higher score.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but remains quite basic. There are several spelling errors, such as 'eassy', 'tals', 'memebers', 'instresting', 'neglacted', and 'tenchnology'. These errors are frequent and occasionally distract the reader. The range of vocabulary is limited, relying on simple descriptors like 'good' and 'very'. To improve, you should focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring correct spelling. While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of variety and the recurring spelling mistakes prevent a higher score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('Some individuals likes'), incorrect verb forms ('who was their'), and awkward phrasing ('living at you hometown'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary capitalisation and missing commas. While the errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to cause difficulty for the reader. Increasing the accuracy of basic grammar and refining sentence construction should be a priority.
