Nowadays, some people do not want to leave their hometown where they were born. This essay will include relevant reasons and provide pros and cons of this this.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions: you identify emotional attachment and fear of managing alone as reasons, then discuss family support and advice as benefits and limited career opportunities and independence as drawbacks. These points are relevant, and the example of moving for work helps illustrate personal development. However, some ideas are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, the career limitation is mentioned without showing why opportunities may be fewer in a hometown, and the reasons section focuses mainly on family dependence. The conclusion summarises the main point but does not bring the advantages into the final overview. Develop each point with a clearer explanation or a specific example to make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on reasons, a paragraph covering advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. The reader can follow the main progression, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “However,” and “In conclusion” help indicate relationships between ideas. At times, though, cohesion feels mechanical or repetitive: “Moreover” is used twice in close succession, and “However” introduces a paragraph that contains both advantages and disadvantages. The reference in “this” in “there are some advantages and disadvantages of this” is also vague. Use more precise links between individual points, and consider separating the advantages and disadvantages into distinct paragraphs so each section develops more clearly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “emotionally attached,” “practical support,” “career opportunities,” and “manage finances.” These phrases communicate the main ideas, but some word choices and collocations are unnatural or imprecise, such as “get a career advice,” “solve any life problems,” and “a chance to explore the world.” Spelling errors, including “independantly,” “emotinal,” and “becuase,” also reduce accuracy. Aim for more natural combinations and check spelling carefully; for example, use “receive career advice” and “deal with everyday problems.” This would make your vocabulary more precise and fluent while preserving the clear meaning of your points.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses with “when,” “as,” and “who,” and most of the message remains understandable. Some grammatical errors persist, however. The opening “why feel prefer” lacks a clear subject and has an incorrect verb pattern; “People who have never experienced of living” uses an incorrect construction; and “a people who are living” has an article and number mismatch. There are also missing or incorrect articles and prepositions, as in “live close where they were born” and “get a career advice.” Review sentence patterns and article use, then proofread each sentence for a complete subject–verb structure. Greater accuracy in these areas would strengthen the complex sentences you are already attempting.
