Your friend has been offered a place on a course at the university where you studied. He/She would like your advice about finding a place to live.

Write an email to your friend. In your email

• describe where you lived when you were a student at the university
• recommend the best way for him/her to look for accommodation
• warn him/her of mistakes students make when choosing accommodation

Dear Friend,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to give you some suggestions about accommodation.

Firstly, I should into account the importance of the place, where I used to live. It's just nearby the university's west entrance. It's a best accommodation in that area with all the amenities. It will consider the overall efficiency and well-being of the operations.

Also, I consider the likelihood of marketplace, where you can find the best stays in reasonable prices. It is expected to have a threefold effect for several reasons, including safety, food, and budget friendly.

Furthermore, you have to aware about online scams, where scammer shows you the pictures of the properties online and when you deposited the money, they stopped to pick up your calls.

Moreover, you can also check in the close areas, as it increases the success and effectiveness.
