Your friend has been offered a place on a course at the university where you studied. He/She would like your advice about finding a place to live.

Write an email to your friend. In your email

• describe where you lived when you were a student at the university
• recommend the best way for him/her to look for accommodation
• warn him/her of mistakes students make when choosing accommodation

Dear Mike,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this email towards my curiosity for sharing guidance for finding a living for you near the same university that I went recently.

First of all, How have you been? its been so long, we haven't meet. However, Talking of search of place to live. I have bought an apartment for rent which is located near the university also one of my house when I was student.

Secondly, I would suggest to look online, if you want to see a house or a condo to live. Moreover, I will be always available to accommodate you for searching of a good living.

Lastly, I would like to warn you against the fraud happening mainly common to students like you. For example: online fraud calls can ring for intention to steal you personal data. Be careful about picking spam calls.
