Your friend has been offered a place on a course at the university where you studied. He/She would like your advice about finding a place to live.

• describe where you lived when you were a student at the university
• recommend the best way for him/her to look for accommodation
• warn him/her of mistakes students make when choosing accommodation

Dear Felix,

I hope that you are doing fine. i am writing to let you know about the virtue lodge i stayed in while i was still in canpus.The address is at peak view road, in anambara. It is a two-story building with all basic amenities such as light, water and good security. The colour of the builidg is milk and brown. Additionaly, it has a balcony where you can go to unwind and blow off steam.

I'd recommend you go through the school group fir fresher students, they usually posted updates for lodges, hostel and gives everyone the opportunity to find a compactible roommates. Furthermore, you cam go through Mr. kennedy the agent that assisted with mine. He's a trustworthy person and i can guaranty you of your convenience. He even has a refubdable policy after initial deposit of the required fee.

i would want to throw more hightlight whn it comes to agent and agreement. it's best to ask fir the landlord's account and telephone for any form of transaction in other to avoid theft from an untrustworthy agent. Nonthless, avoid staying downstairs very close to the entrance building main gate, this might expose you various case of robbery
