Dear Kathryn,

I'm writing you to give advise about the best accommodation near our Robert Morris University.

Regarding my accommodation, when I was a masters student at the university I used to live in Carriage park apartments in Green tree area and it is comes under the "Alleghney"county, located near the downtown. Green tree was really a good place to live, ten-minutes walk of the campus and it is near to several shops and cafes. The apartment is fully furnished and have all the amenities with well-equipped and advanced kitchen.

I would suggest you to look after the official website of Carriage park apartments and search for the availability. once you find your desired apartment, you should contact the leasing team for lease terms and conditions to sign the best apartment for lease. It would offer you 1 year or 2 years term lease duration, choose which one is suitable for your requirements.

Finally, I would like to caution you about selecting the cheap and out of the town apartments because of the less price, nowadays, most of the scammers, creating a fake websites to steal money from the tenants. Be aware about it and always try to search the apartments in their official websites only.
