IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Some people say that now is the best time in history to be living.
What is your opinion about this?
What other time in history would be interesting to live in?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
There are people who say that current time is the best in history to be living. In my opinion it is most advance era of history,
On the one hand, the technology is getting advance faster day by day. New researches and discoveries to help the human have made their way as Robots and Artificial Intelligence.This time can be call as the best time in history as we are watching many developing technologies on daily basis. The long distance of advancement, from computers to laptops, telephone to mobile phone and sports to online gaming has covered in these two decades. For example, we are using a chatbot for our many office tasks,word documents, in health care they are managing patient data in chatbots, and many companies are using robots for providing the best services. Recently, I visited a cafe, they are using robots for taking orders and surving meal on tables while other staff was taking care of costumer services. Similarly, we experience in drive thru at burger shops are now managed by the Robots.
Contrarily, I would like to share my thoughts about dangers of technology. The chat gpt, gemini and other AI softwares have made the picture development and video making so easy. Even there are softwares, that can generate your AI image, by using your old picture given by you. People now a days, are making AI video and pictures for promoting their bussiness. Chatbots have taken the job of actors and models. Now people just ask a chatbot to make promotional post and video, that is just a click away. Similarly, some fraudulants and hackers are using pictures of people, make inappropriate video of it, using it for blackmailing purposes.
In conclusion, my opinion is this time is the best time in history to be living. Living in this era of technology, have become easier rather than in past. As many tasks of human being have been replaced by robots.

Paragraphing needs to be managed more effectively to separate distinct ideas, particularly regarding the dual aspects of technology discussed in the body.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, demonstrating an attempt to incorporate less common items related to technology, such as 'Artificial Intelligence', 'chatbots', and 'promotional post'. However, there are noticeable lexical errors and awkward collocations throughout the text, such as 'most advance era' instead of 'most advanced era', 'costumer services' instead of 'customer service', and 'fraudulants' instead of 'fraudsters'.
