Some people believe present time is the best for living. In my opinion, I believe it is best time there is now AI, communication skills that enables us to stay connect.

If people have any doubts while doing studying and working, they can take assistance from AI including chatgpt, perplexity. As a result, it enables us in finishing our tasks. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the prompt by giving an opinion on living in the present day and suggesting a historical period of interest, namely the 14th to 16th centuries. However, the ideas remain somewhat limited and under-developed. For example, while the writer mentions the presence of electronic gadgets and AI tools like ChatGPT, the explanation of how they help us finish tasks and achieve goals lacks extension and specific detail. Similarly, the discussion about the historical period is broad, touching upon spirituality and figures like Guru Nanak Dev Sahib Ji, but these points are not fully explored. To move higher, the writer needs to extend their ideas with clearer, more fully developed supporting points and examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with clear paragraphing, dividing the introduction, the modern era, the historical period, and the conclusion into distinct sections. There is a clear attempt to use cohesive devices to guide the reader through the text, such as 'Firstly', 'In contrast', 'In addition', and 'In conclusion'. However, some of these cohesive links feel a bit mechanical or are used slightly inappropriately, such as 'In contrast' preceding a point about electric vehicles that does not establish a genuine opposition. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, which prevents the progression of ideas from being entirely smooth. Developing a more natural and flexible control of cohesive devices and clearer referencing would elevate this aspect.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is minimally adequate for the task, providing a basic range that allows the writer to convey their main points about modern technology and history. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and collocation that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, such as 'present time' instead of 'the present time', 'stay connect' instead of 'stay connected', 'doing studying' instead of 'studying', and 'an home made meals' instead of 'home-cooked meals'. The writer attempts less common vocabulary, such as 'spirituality' and 'fatigued', but these are accompanied by frequent slips in word formation and phrasing. To improve, the student should focus on accurate word forms, collocations, and expanding their range of precise lexical items.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writing demonstrates a limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences alongside some attempts at complex forms. These attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty, leading to noticeable errors in grammar, articles, and prepositions. Examples of these errors include 'it is best time there is now AI', 'time was involved in spirituality', and 'most of the work consisted of manually'. Frequent grammatical errors are present throughout the text, including missing articles and incorrect verb forms such as 'would be interesting to lived'. While these errors rarely completely obscure the core meaning, they do cause difficulty for the reader. Greater control over complex sentence structures and improved grammatical accuracy are required to reach higher bands.
