IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people say that now is the best time in history to be living.

What is your opinion about this?

What other time in history would be interesting to live in?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

There is an argument under discussion these days that this is the best period of history that we are living in. I am strongly agree with this opnion because this time is full of facilities and giving respect to each other and the best time to grow in our space.

If we will see around us then we can easily identify that science made our life much easier than before. We can finish our tasks and our proffessional responsibilities with in seconds with the use of internet. Most of the office work is shifted to the computer because its easy to manage and keep the record safe. Students are also getting help from internet to resolve their issues which they are facing for their study. if we see the household life is also more comfortable now. Working women also can finish their chores within less time and can save their energy.

If i will talk about the best time in the history that was very interesting to live in that was the time of like 1980, i feel that time the life was not much complicated . People had time to spend with each other. Only some persons are living luxury life. Other all were on same level and they were loving eache other without any benefit. Everyone was ready to help if anyone was in trouble, They were not materialistic.

Lastely, i would like to say that times are not bad and good, in history or in present . People are the responsible of their behaviour and their needs and responsibilities. This time mostly we are have good life to survive.
