Dear Ravi,
I hope this letter finds you well. The main purpose of writing this letter is that you would not enjoy going to college because practical knowledge can not be obtain by studying, which require to secure stable stable employment opportunities.
I believe that you should start to find part-time or full-time opportunities to earn money and develop skills, such as problem-sloving, communication, team work and critical-thinking skills. Therefore, you are more likely to become independent and responsible.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining why college might not be enjoyable, the benefits of working, and suggesting a specific job. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of why college is not enjoyable is vague and grammatically unclear. While you provide a suggestion for a job, the connection to the friend's specific situation could be more personalized. To reach a higher band, ensure that your arguments are fully extended and clearly articulated, providing more depth to your reasoning rather than just listing points.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Therefore' and 'One of my friends', which effectively link your ideas. However, the transition between the introduction and the body paragraphs is slightly abrupt. The referencing is generally clear, although some sentences are disjointed due to grammatical errors. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that the flow between sentences is smoother to create a more cohesive piece of writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'stable employment opportunities', 'independent', and 'responsible'. There are some minor errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'problem-sloving' (problem-solving) and 'contace' (contact). You also repeat the word 'stable' unnecessarily. While the vocabulary is sufficient to convey your message clearly, it lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. Try to incorporate more sophisticated collocations and ensure that your spelling is accurate to enhance the overall quality of your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors that occasionally hinder clarity. For example, 'practical knowledge can not be obtain by studying, which require to secure stable stable employment' contains errors in verb form and subject-verb agreement. Additionally, 'One of my friend Rahul he has recently started' is grammatically awkward. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to affect the flow. Focus on mastering subject-verb agreement and ensuring that complex sentences are constructed with grammatical precision.
