• explain why getting a job is a good idea for him/her

Dear Sam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am also doing great here. I received your letter asking an advice from me whether to choose college or get a job. I am writing this to provide you some of my personal thoughts on this matter.

I would say as you have already completed your Bachelors in Nursing choosing an another diploma certification is not a wise choice for now. First of all, the colleges nearby your residence are just like a small teaching organization rather than a big college so you will feel very tedious to go there and end-up dropping your studies. Another reason of choosing job is you will get on hand-practical skills as well as more opportunities to implement your current knowledge into the real field.

Moreover I would also like to give suggestions about the type of jobs you can get with your current qualification. There are plenty of options aside of being a staff nurse in hospital such as Nurse Advocate, Nursing officer, Case manager and so on which could provide your better options for your professional growth.
