IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently received a letter from a friend asking for advice about whether to go to college or to try to get a job. You think he/she should get a job.

Write a letter to this friend. In your letter

• say why he/she would not enjoy going to college
• explain why getting a job is a good idea for him/her
• suggest types of job that would be suitable for him/her

Dear Ram,

Hope you are doing well. I recently read your letter, thank you for give me a chance to think about your future. I think job would be a best option for you.

According to the last years, I do not think study is your priority because I never seen your interest in the books. And you already done your bachelor in computer science. Even that master and degree holder earn same amount of money. Now you get a opportunity from the multi national company and they offer you good package.

So in the coming years, you can financially support your younger brother to complete his higher study. Moreover, you have interest in the software development and you got same job offer from the company.

It is rarely happen you get a chance to same field which you have interest, I think you are luckily one who got this opportunity in the starting of your working carrier. You also discuss with your family, I prefer you to take a decision job would be better option.
