Dear aysha,

I hope you will be fine there. I am writing in response to your letter that you want to take my advice that you join your job or go to college for study.

Firstly, you would not enjoy college becuase you are a passionate person and you like to involve yourself in different kind of activities like hard work, meetings, budgeting different plan which you cannot execute in collage.

Job is a better option for you because you are a good planner for future. And you like to spend independent life which is only possible with a job. Moreover, you will stay active through job. Additionally, you can financially help to others.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response successfully covers all three bullet points required in the task. You adequately say why your friend would not enjoy college by explaining that she is passionate and likes dynamic activities like hard work, meetings, and budgeting plans. You also explain why getting a job is a good idea, noting that she likes an independent life and can financially help others. Finally, you suggest a suitable type of job by recommending a management position due to her strengths in organizing official work. The tone is appropriate for a friendly letter, and the purpose is clear throughout. Although some ideas could be slightly more expanded to reach a higher band, all parts of the prompt are addressed well, earning a solid Band 6.0.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The letter has a coherent overall arrangement with a clear paragraph structure, using separate paragraphs for each main point (introduction, college reasons, job reasons, job suggestions, and conclusion). Cohesive devices are used to connect ideas, such as 'Firstly,' 'Moreover,' 'Additionally,' and 'Finally' (implied progression). However, referencing is sometimes clunky, as seen in the transition 'that you join your job or go to college for study.' Additionally, some cohesive links feel a bit mechanical. Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately, but the flow between sentences could be smoother to achieve a higher score. Overall, the organizational structure meets the criteria for a Band 6.0.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common items such as 'passionate person,' 'budgeting different plan,' and 'independent life.' However, there are notable word choice and spelling errors, such as 'becuase' (because), 'choice' instead of 'choose' in 'you choice a management job,' and 'collage' instead of 'college.' There are also some unnatural collocations, such as 'take my advice that you join your job.' While these errors do not impede overall communication, they restrict the lexical score to a Band 5.5, as the vocabulary control is inconsistent.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response features a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some attempt at subordinate clauses ('because you are a passionate person,' 'which is only possible with a job'). However, there are frequent grammatical errors and punctuation issues throughout the text. Examples include 'response to your letter that you want to take my advice that you join your job' and 'you can financially help to others' (incorrect use of preposition). Furthermore, fragments like 'Which will be helpful for you in future' demonstrate weaker control over complex sentence structures. Because errors are noticeable and occasionally cause difficulty, a Band 5.0 is awarded.
