The graph below shows the average monthly change in the prices of three metals during 2014.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The graph illustrate the price fluctuation among three various metals in year 2014. The average monthly price variation is shown through line graph.
Overall, it shows the price change of copper,zinc and nickle in different months of 2014, all the three metals kept on fluctuating thier prices by some percent in every month, as there is a minor price change in copper and zinc but nickel showed drastic price change from higher to lower.
At first , the copper price drepped from 2% to 1% just in one monrh from january to february,than it keeps on dropping till june. After that the price increased from -1.5% to 1% percent and remains steady for few months and after october price fluctuated very minorly. On the other hand , zinc price rised at first month from 1% to 3% and then started to drop till the october and after october it again rised from -1% to 2% at the end of the year.
In comparison to these two metals, nickel price was very highr at start as it dropped from 6% to 1% in just three initial month of year and than keep in decreasing at the last month it was still 1%.
