The graph below shows the average monthly change in the prices of three metals during 2014.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The line chart illustrates the change in prices of three metals in basis of months in 2014.
Overall, Nickle started at highest change ended up lowest, overtaken by Copper and zinc. By the end of the year all price changes are decreased over the time. Meanwhile Copper rose by the end of the year.
Nickel has the major change in price(6%) in January and with over time its plummeted in march by 1%. In June Nickel reached at all time low at -3% and by some rose and it remain steady between July and September. Along with Zinc which stared at lowest percentage change reached at peek in February has decline over the time from February to June. similarly remain unchanged between July and September as same as Nickel.
Copper is remained at second position over the year with significant decline from January to March and then rose Marginally by the July then remained same until September and climbed 1.5%.
