The graph below shows the average monthly change in the prices of three metals during 2014.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The graph illustrates the average monthly change in the price of three metals during 2014. The metals are Copper,Nickel,zinc the prices are compared with previous months.
Metals have maintained there prices but the Nickel price was dropped a lot in the month of january the price was 6 and dropped to 4 in the month of fabruary and again in dropped to1% in the month of march and more over it was stablised in the month of april and again it dropped in the month of may to 0.5% there was major drop down in the month of june in went to -3% for the next three months it was mainted to -1%,in the month of the october in went to -2% and recoverd to 1% in november and december
The other two metails followed a similar pattern but with smaller changes.One peaked at about 3% in february and the other stayed in between 1% and 2% early in the year . Both diped slifghtly below zero in the summer and rise again in november and december.
