Student answer (Band 6.0)
In professions, employers are mostly want to know employees personal background and their lifestyle. Number of individuals deny its useful gathering but a large percentage of world in favor. In addition discussions I would give some my point of views on both thinking.
Taking information about workers personal choices and life is good start to build bond between owner and employees. I will explain with example, first of all its very difficult for human beings to adapt new place. So if employer start conversation about hobbies and interests of job applied persons then it change interview cabin in positive energy, which is good start for both individuals in that room.
Secondly, employer can know about people nature and living by asking their personal choices. For example, interviewer has good interpersonal skill then owner can give that role to this person which need to build bond between customers. This way both can feel free because employer know he selected right ones who will enjoy his or her work and add value to the company.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both views and providing a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the potential for building rapport versus the risk of alienating introverted candidates. However, the development is somewhat limited; the arguments are presented in a simplified manner, and the conclusion is incomplete, which prevents a more thorough exploration of the topic. While the position is clear, the supporting examples could be more sophisticated to reach a higher band. The response is balanced, but the lack of a fully developed conclusion impacts the overall task completion.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'In addition', 'Secondly', and 'In conclusion', though some transitions feel mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'In opposite'. The progression of ideas is generally clear, but the referencing is occasionally imprecise, and the abrupt ending of the final sentence disrupts the flow of the conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the different viewpoints, which helps the reader follow the argument despite the linguistic limitations.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks range and precision. There are several instances of awkward word choices or non-standard collocations, such as 'owner and employees' instead of 'employer and employee', and 'job applied persons' instead of 'applicants'. Phrases like 'take back step' and 'king of persons' indicate a limited control over idiomatic language and word formation. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the lack of variety and the presence of errors in word choice restrict the score to the 5.5–6.0 range.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include missing articles ('In professions', 'in positive energy'), subject-verb agreement errors ('employers are mostly want to know'), and incorrect preposition usage. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent and noticeable. The attempt at complex sentences is present, but the accuracy is inconsistent, which is characteristic of a Band 5.5 performance.
