Student answer (Band 6.0)
Now a days most hiring managers ask for more information such as likes, marrital status, hobbies etc. Regarding this there are group of people who agrees this can be useful where as there are others who think the opposite. In my view such kind of details are valuable for the company dynamics. This passage will explore both the views.
Firstly knowing this type of information gives the company an idea of what kind of a person you are, and will you be a good fit for the team. Informing about weather you have a partner or not is crucial for the HR to make a persepsion of your responsibility. For example, individuals in healthcare sector, food sector, army people. They are helping other humans leaving behind their own, for which it would be important for the company to know when to help or what amount of work to give to there employee.
On the other hand a cluster of people think this sort of information is not related or adds nay value to the given role. For example, construction worker, porters in hospital, cleaners. All of them are paid hourly, for them it is more important to get the hours to work than to explain all the personal information. Because for them money is a priority than the work culture.
At the end, I would choose the employer to know me before I start the job so that the team is aware of what type of a person I am and for me it would be easy to jell up. I worked in food sector and healthcare sector. My belief is getting an overview is helpful to communicate rather than having a complete stranger to work with.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, including both views and a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. The arguments regarding why personal information is useful (e.g., 'company dynamics') are vague and lack specific, logical explanation. The example provided for the healthcare sector is slightly confusing in its phrasing. While the position is clear throughout, the supporting arguments could be more thoroughly extended to reach a higher band. The response is balanced, but the depth of analysis remains at a basic level, which is characteristic of a Band 6 performance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a basic progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and repetitive (e.g., 'Firstly', 'On the other hand', 'At the end'). Some transitions between sentences are abrupt, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the transition into the example about construction workers. While the paragraphing is appropriate, the overall flow lacks the flexibility and sophisticated management of cohesion required for a higher band score.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks range and precision. There are several spelling errors (e.g., 'marrital', 'persepsion', 'nay') and awkward collocations (e.g., 'jell up', 'helping other humans leaving behind their own'). The student relies on fairly common vocabulary and struggles to use less common items accurately. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequent minor errors and the limited range of vocabulary prevent the response from reaching a higher band. More precise terminology related to professional environments would improve the score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Examples include 'Now a days', 'there are group of people who agrees', and 'money is a priority than the work culture'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the student attempts complex sentences, they are often marred by errors in subject-verb agreement and preposition usage. The grammar is sufficient to communicate the main points, but the frequency of errors is high enough to limit the score to a 5.5.
